Representative Gara moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of CSHB 378(TRA) be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The following was before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 378(TRA) "An Act relating to motor vehicle registration; relating to drivers' licenses; relating to instruction permits; relating to commercial motor vehicles and commercial motor carriers; and providing for an effective date." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 378(TRA) pass the House?" There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 378(TRA) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
